There is no better way to mark one’s birthday than that exhibited by Philadelphia Eagles rookie Cooper DeJean who picked off Kansas City Chiefs cornerback Patrick Mahomes to give the Eagles a 17-0 lead in the second quarter of the Super Bowl 2025 tournament on the day he turned 22.

The incredible interception of DeJean’s return yards (38) was nearly double the number of total yards the Chiefs had gained so far in the game (20).

Recall that two years ago, the Kansas City Chiefs had a defensive touchdown in the second quarter of the game against the Eagles at a point that it was most critical, however, the table seems to have turned this time.
